1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerRase ("the Service"), operated by SellerRase ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellerRase is an AI-powered SaaS platform for Amazon FBA sellers. We provide tools including product research, price and BSR history tracking, alerts, watchlists, restock planning, and analytics dashboards. Data is sourced from public Amazon product pages and aggregated third-party databases.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SellerRase offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage; (e) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without our written consent.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate product data, pricing, and analytics, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Product data is sourced from third-party providers and public listings. You should verify all information before making business decisions. SellerRase is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on data provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SellerRase and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerRase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
